Is it safe to use on my teeth?
Certainly. Our teeth whitening gel includes the same safe whitening ingredients as used and endorsed by dentists. Australian law ensure the highest level of product safety standards. The hydrogen peroxide strength is 6% which complies with maximum level for home use.
What are the whitening gel ingredients?
Hydrogen Peroxide 6%, Glycerol, Propylene Glycol, Deionized Water, Triethanolamine, Carbomer, Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Potassium Nitrate, Menthol.
How long is each treatment?
Ideally, the whitening gel should stay on for a maximum time of 30 minutes. This will provide you the best opportunity for maximum whitening. Keeping the gel on longer is not advisable and will not provide further benefit to the session.
How often are treatments required?
We recommend you undertake your whitening treatment on consecutive days , such as every two or three days until your desired shade is reached, or until you have used all gel.
How many treatments are required to achieve best results?
This is a difficult question to answer since every person is individual, and the amount of staining varies. Generally speaking, if you have a lot of staining, we recommend you do the full kit treatment using all four (4) gel syringes. This will equate to a minimum of twelve (12) top and bottom teeth applications.
Once my desired whitening is achieved, how long will it last?
The longevity of whitening will be dependant on your individual circumstance. Typically, your results should last 6 to 12 months but can be shorter or longer depending on such factors as dental hygiene, regular daily care and how frequent you consume foods and drinks that stain teeth. Additional gel packs are available for purchase for ongoing maintenance.

We get asked this often. It is definitely advisable that you wait until your braces have been removed and your teeth surfaces cleaned of any glue. Whitening with any form of teeth attachments will not result in even surface whitening so should be avoided.
How often do treatments need to be conducted?

Will caps and veneers whiten?
No. Whitening your teeth will only whiten natural teeth and reduce visibility of stains.
Will it make my teeth sensitive?
You may have experienced sensitivity while whitening in the past. Our whitening gel formulation includes a desensitizing ingredient to avoid this common complaint. By including this in our gel, we avoid the inconvenience of requiring a seperate syringe. Another reason our customers love our gel.
What is the difference between Hydrogen Peroxide v Carbamide Peroxide?
This is a common question and there is a lot of misguided information out there.
Hydrogen peroxide breaks down much faster than carbamide peroxide, so it releases its best whitening of its whitening strength within the first 30 to 60 minutes of application. Carbamide peroxide releases about 50% of its whitening strength in the first two hours and can remain active for up to six more hours after application.
Hydrogen peroxide is best suited for short and daytime whitening, and carbamide peroxide is better suited to overnight whitening.
