If you don't achieve a minimum two shades whiter teeth when using our Professional Whitening Kit exactly as per the instructions, after a full treatment, we will provide you a 100% refund of the product cost (excl. postage). To support your claim, you will be required to present photographic proof of the whitening process with before and after photos using the included Tooth Shade Guide as a benchmark. Photos must have timestamp evidence of the date they were taken. The Tooth Shade Guide is a great way to see how much your teeth have changed!

If your item is deemed to be faulty, we will provide a refund or replacement if your items are returned within 14 days of receipt in Australia and 28 days for other worldwide locations. If you simply change your mind, we do not offer a refund. 

A refund will only be processed if the products are returned in their original state, including all packaging and complete contents. We are unable to provide a refund or replacement if only partial items are returned. Lost return parcels are also unable to be refunded or replaced.
