90 Day Product Guarantee
If you don't achieve any improvement in the shade (at least 1 shade) of your teeth when using our products, we will provide you with a refund (less postage and handling costs). You will need to provide evidence (photo before/after) to support your refund request. Return shipping costs for returns or exchanges are not covered by us and will be subtracted from any final refund.
This guarantee is subject to our results disclaimer below and only applies to a single kit. If ordering multiple kits or bundles, a single kit will be refunded in full. Refunds will not be available for subsequent orders.

Any refunds processed will be made directly to your original payment method. In some instances, this can take up to 5 business days to be reflected on your account.
Teeth whitening may be less effective due to imperfections in teeth, thin or damaged enamel, tooth decay or infections, staining from the use of Tetracycline antibiotics, or discolouration due to tooth trauma. If in doubt, please consult with your dentist prior to undertaking a whitening treatment. You can also contact our support team prior to purchase for honest and ethical advice.
