Change Of Mind
If after purchasing you change your mind, we do not provide refunds. In exceptional circumstances we may provide a refund however the products must be undamaged and in the original unopened postage bag or box. The refund must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date by contacting our support team. SBW, at its discretion, reserves the right to refuse a refund for change of mind.
If you believe a product is faulty, please contact our support team and we will endeavour to resolve this for you promptly either through replacement or minor issues or the offer of refund or replacement for major faults. We aim to have happy smiling customers so will do our very best to resolve any issue to your satisfaction.

If you don't achieve any improvement in the shade of your teeth when using our products, we will provide you with a refund (less postage costs). You will need to provide evidence to back up your request, such as photos. Return shipping costs for returns or exchanges are not covered by us..
This guarantee is subject to our results disclaimer below and only applies to a single kit or gel refill pack in a bundle. Refunds will not be available for subsequent orders. .

Any refunds processed will be made directly to your original payment method. In some instances, this can take up to 5 business days to be reflected on your account.
We are all different and the results from whitening products will vary from person to person. Results will vary depending upon, but not limited to, the degree of staining, number of applications, duration of application, and other factors.
