Australia Post is our primary shipping provider, however we may use an alternative service for some destinations or when handling large orders.
Our aim your is to have your order packed and on the way to you in less than 24 hours of your order being placed (weekends excluded of course). On most occasions, if you order in the morning (ACST), your order will typically be processed and fulfilled that afternoon.
Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address as we are not responsible for lost parcels. If you feel your parcel may be lost in transit, please contact our support team who will look in to it for you.
Once your order has left our fulfilment centre, we are unable to intercept it, or adjust the delivery address. This may be an option in some countries but it is not available to us.
